We are recruiting for a Parts Sales Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Sales Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £40,000.

Parts Sales Manager Person Specification:

A previous working experience as a Parts Sales Manager
Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal SkillsThe responsibilities of this Parts Sales Manager role are:

Previous experience within the Motor Trade.
Ideally knowledgeable about Motor Trade Parts.
Previous experience leading a team of professionals.
Able to motivate and lead a team to hit KPI’s and targets.
Can conduct meetings, reviews and appraisals.
Have the ability to provide reports when needed.
Possess strong IT/Microsoft Office skills.
