As you learn the business you will start in an appointment making role , so you will need to be willing and able to make appointments in a professional B-B environment . After training you will move into a 360 degree BDM sales role. Ultimately you will manage the relationship from the cradle to the grave.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable record of success both on the phone and using teams . They will be a good team player and have a good telephone manner .

Home/office split- BASIC 26,500 OTE 39k-45k realistic first year .

The company has a strong commitment to training and so would suit an indivdual who is looking to grow and develop . Initially the training is in lovely modern offices in Ellesmere Port . Once you have progressed past the initial period it is a mix of home and office work , really depending on your preference .

The company makes over a one million calls a year to ensure their data and information is the best in the UK . Your role initially is to use strong data to make appointments for the regionional sales directors. As you gain experience in time you will be promoted intoa 360 degree sales role.

A consultative sales approach and experience of outbound sales would be ideal. Alternativelya track record in telephone sales,research,recruitment or customer services would be considered a plus. Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude is paramount .
