Pure are currently recruiting a temporary, Global Cash Manager vacancy on behalf of an international organisation based in Cambridge. The role is required to provide cover whilst the role is recruited on a permanent basis.

This role is responsible for leading the cash allocation team alongside the banking and cashiering teams. 

Reporting into the Head of Global Revenue this role will be responsible for the following - 

- Owning policy and processes, driving innovation and standardisation
- Support internal and external projects, and support funding and procurement requirements
- Leading a team, providing support, development and training that drive excellence. Act as a mentor and actively manage individual and team performance
- Produce KPI's that drive and measure against performance.
- Manage high volume posting of different types of AR receipts across multiple systems efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
- Focus on innovation and continuous improvement around process, people, reporting and technology
- Control unallocated and suspense cash, and develop reporting solutions that are transparent and timely for the wider business
- Ensure effective approval and policy controls around refunds
- Monitor credit card transactions, conduct regular reconciliations, delivering reporting that engages the appropriate teams to resolve issues 
- Develop constructive relationships inside and outside of the business and be the subject matter expert for the department
- Protect the business risk around fraud and money laundering, ensure policies are kept up to date and adhered to

It is essential that you have experience of working in a similar cashiering leadership role and that you have previously worked in a multicurrency business. You must be proficient on relevant banking, audit and regulatory rules and have a high level of technical knowledge particularly MS Office. 

This role will offer hybrid working with the requirement to go into the office in Cambridge 1 day a week at present
