Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of procurement management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are highly desirable.

* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of procurement principles, supply chain management, and contract negotiation.

* Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
