This role involves the digitization of procurement workflows and requires providing guidance, support, product expertise, client-side project management, implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions.

The Sourcing Operations team primarily assists the Global Sourcing and Category Management teams across various regions, ensuring that approximately 40 colleagues can efficiently manage their daily sourcing activities through the tools and processes established by the Operations team. This position is essential for maintaining current operational practices, reporting, and dashboards, enabling the team to function effectively.

Additionally, the Sourcing Operations team focuses on future developments by delivering analytical insights derived from underlying data. Keeping data accurate and well-organized is crucial, and this role will significantly contribute to this essential aspect. The successful candidate will demonstrate a creative and positive approach to problem-solving and foster strong collaboration with all team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

**SAP Ariba Upstream Management:** Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba modules, ensuring alignment with WTW's objectives and procurement needs. This includes analyzing business processes and identifying areas for enhancement. **Subject Matter Expertise:** Act as a primary resource for inquiries related to tools and processes, offering expert advice on system capabilities, integration options, and best practices. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in procurement technology to continuously improve the organization’s digital procurement processes. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, finance, legal, compliance, and IT departments to understand their requirements and align Sourcing Operations solutions with organizational goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and adoption of SAP Ariba solutions. **Solution Optimization:** Identify opportunities for process enhancements, system improvements, and automation within the SAP Ariba environment. Proactively address system issues, performance bottlenecks, and user concerns to enhance the overall procurement experience. **Training and Support:** Assist in developing training materials and conducting knowledge transfer sessions to empower end users with the skills necessary to utilize SAP Ariba effectively. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user inquiries and ensure smooth system operation. **Compliance and Governance:** Ensure that SAP Ariba configurations comply with regulatory requirements, SAP best practices, industry standards, and internal policies. Support the implementation of robust governance frameworks to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within the procurement process. **Project Management:** Collaborate with colleagues in the Sourcing Operations team and partners in risk, legal, finance, and compliance to effectively manage the deployment of tools and processes across various regions. **Reporting and Analytics:** Manage reporting for the Contracts database and Sourcing projects. Utilize data to provide insights, enhance quality, and influence mindsets. Leverage outputs to assess Category Team performance, which may lead to potential process improvements and sourcing opportunities.
