Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Procurement professional to join our Indirect Procurement Team. With an aggressive growth strategy, this is an exciting time to join OCS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a category strategy for long-term planning, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Highlight risks and issues with current contracts, identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Manage and implement SLAs and KPIs with suppliers to drive supplier performance.
  • Regular supplier engagement and management, building strategic, value-adding relationships.
  • Manage and run end-to-end sourcing activities and support the Head of Indirect Procurement in high-risk/value opportunities.

About You:

You will have a broad IT skills base, experience in SaaS solutions, Networks, and Telecoms. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives. You will advise on the sourcing strategy and be accountable for the end-to-end strategic sourcing process.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and influencing skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Experience in SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
  • Working towards MCIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
