Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare correspondence, written communications, and legal documents.

* Maintain electronic files and ensure they are up-to-date.

* Assist with file opening, closing, and regular archiving activities.

* Review files and ensure adherence to deadlines.

* Liaise with clients through various channels.

* Schedule appointments and arrange meetings.

* Support the Trust team with general administration tasks.

* Maintain accurate time records and attend team meetings.

* Provide holiday cover within the team when needed.

* Undertake additional tasks as required by the Trust team or wider Private Client Team.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within the Private Client practise area.

* Strong secretarial and administrative skills.

* Excellent organisational abilities and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow procedure.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in using a case management system and digital dictation.

* Comfortable with numbers and strong numeracy skills.

* Understanding of financial ledgers.

* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
