Client Account Manager, Kidlington, up to £59,000 package - hybrid 9am to 5pm
* 1 day a week working in the Oxford office - 30 DAYS HOLIDAY
Are you an experienced L&D Sales person with a strong background selling to C Suite level and HR decision makers. A background in selling a service over a product in preferred.
You will be joining an established SME working in a small team and a wider team of 40. As the Client Account Manager will be responsible for actively identifying new business opportunities through strong client relationship management as well as approaching lapsed clients as well as cross-selling. You will work closely with our Head of Sales, and Senior Client Account Manager, to grow existing clients through effective account management, understanding our client needs and matching these to our portfolio of consultancy and digital solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver growth in the sales pipeline - via new sales, and account management to up-sell and cross-sell
* Implement clear strategic plans via consultative selling techniques to lead proposals from initial enquiry through to on-boarding new business
* Leverage your industry contacts, sales insight tools, our existing clients and newly generated leads via marketing activities to drive engagement and new business revenue
* Successfully convert and maximize new pipeline opportunities across both incoming and outgoing opportunities, tenders, and proposal construction and negotiation
* Key account management - supporting and expanding our top client relationships by focusing and identifying client needs and providing a first-class customer-centric service
* Ensure that our CRM (HubSpot) is updated every week and the forecast section is data accurate with projects clearly identified
Essential experience to be successful in this role:
* Demonstrable ability to deliver and exceed significant sales target revenues both individually and through a team
* Experience of consultative selling, bid and proposal management, ideally within the business consultancy arena
* Strong influencing ability across all levels of an organisation
* Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services as a combined offering, and position products against competitors
* Experience of working collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently
* Good IT skills, ideally Microsoft packages including Powerpoint and Excel
* Strong communication skills particularly excellent listening, skilled negotiation and presentation skills
* Actively expanding professional network
Desirable experience for this role
* Knowledge of balancing digital SaaS or digital product sales within consulting services – possibly via experience within digital or solutions consultancy
* Ability to structure and manage multiple projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
* Experience in selling to HR, L&D and decision-makers
* Degree or equivalent (preferred)
