The Job Role:

We have two temporary posts available to support our clients work by improving the data that they hold on their Salesforce system. The successful candidates will be helping complete better data analysis which will greatly assist the organisation and their partners. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid way, our clients offices are located in Sheffield city centre.

As Data Improvement Administrator, the successful post holders will be responsible for updating customer data using the internal CRM system. This role may also involve wider customer service and administration support when required to support the team.

This three month temporary Data Improvement Administration role will include the following roles and responsibilities;

* Supporting the Delivery Manager by improving the quality of the data by ensuring all data is accurate

* Entering and cleansing data on the CRM system

* Completing desk research by contacting organisations by email/telephone to ensure all details are correct

* Providing ongoing reporting of issues and updates on progress to the Delivery Manager

* Liaising with other key internal stakeholders when required who are involved in the data management project

* Responding to incoming enquiries from members – Other administrative duties as required

We would love to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience;

* Experience ideally within a customer service role

* Experience using CRM systems, experience of Salesforce would be advantageous

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent administrative skills

* Strong communication skills including written and verbal

* Comfortable working with a large amount of data

* Ability to work collaboratively across teams

* IT proficient
