**Job Summary**

As a Data Administrator you will be working on the Oracle Cerner Data Collection Workbooks to populate the Outpatients Clinic Data.

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Data Collection Workbooks (DCWs): Utilize the Oracle Cerner Data Collection Workbooks (DCWs) to collect, organize, and validate outpatient clinic data.
- As the Data Administrator you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system to enable efficient clinic operations.
- Excel: Administrate, manage and maintain excel spreadsheets and other related tools to support clinic build activities. This includes data entry, data manipulation, data validation, and generating reports to track progress and identify potential issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to clinic build configurations, data collection procedures, and any modifications made to the system.
- Configurations and data entries to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic build process and related workflows.

**Personal Specification**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet-based tools
- Willing to be on site 2 days per week
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous Administration experience (Desirable)
- Familiarity with healthcare data collection processes and workflows (Desirable)
- Oracle Cerner systems and clinic build configuration experience (Desirable)
