In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Field Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service, measured against internal and contract-specific Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. You will be responsible for coordinating a designated major contract, in addition to managing other smaller clients and providing support to your team members as required.

Here's a taste of what you can expect in your day-to-day responsibilities:

Handling customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
Scheduling planned preventative maintenance visits at client sites and booking them into our engineers' electronic diary.
Managing reactive maintenance works and arranging engineer schedules to suit client demands.
Conducting general administrative tasks such as dealing with emails, posting letters, and maintaining files.
Managing system paperwork, including specifications and commissioning documentation.
Effectively communicating with all stakeholders.
Logging customer calls on appropriate IT systems and ensuring accuracy of data.
Adhering to data protection, performance, and information security policies.
Managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts or problems.
Identifying opportunities to improve operative performance and processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your ability to proactively respond to customer and client inquiries, coupled with your problem-solving approach, will set you apart. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential, along with outstanding organisation and prioritisation abilities.

Here are the key requirements for the role:

Excellent communication skills.
Strong administration experience.
Ability to organise workload effectively.
Excellent telephone manner.
Experience with planning and scheduling.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

While not necessary, the following skills would be desirable:

Experience with CRM database systems.
Previous field co-ordination experience, preferably within an engineering-based business.
Knowledge of invoicing corrective works and repairs.
