Our client, a leading organisation in Sudbury, is seeking a Payroll and Accounts Support Specialist to join their friendly team.

Preparing monthly payrolls for all group companies and ensuring timely processing
Maintaining the pension schedule for the group pension scheme.
Handling PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, and SPP
Entering Net Pay sums onto the Bankline system and ensuring timely deductions are paid
Generating monthly headcount reports for management accounts
Assisting with payroll year-end reports and audits
Processing employee expense claims and ensuring reimbursement.
Raising sales invoices for various clients
Maintaining effective communication with the Group Finance Supervisor and Senior Finance AssistantTo be successful in this role, you should have previous payroll experience within medium sized company and have handled volume payroll.

Be computer literate with advanced knowledge of Word and Excel, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, reliability, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also essential.

*Must be able to undergo a Criminal Records check.
