Sales Order Administrator required for our Sudbury based manufacturing client. It is essential for this position of Sales Order administrator that you possess strong previous sales order administration experience, are happy to carry out multiple tasks to a high standard within deadlines whilst maintaining a very high standard of customer service.
**The Role**
- Communicate with internal teams as well as on occasion customers both verbally and in writing
- Work to deadlines ensure everyone involved is kept up to date
- Ensure Account Managers have visibility of all relevant information, regarding the progress of a project
- Understand customer requirements and convert them to a schedule of tasks with completion deadlines and monitor
- Ensure that all procedures for the team are up-to-date and any new processes are documented
- Maintain and keep updated all relevant paperwork on internal systems
**The Person**
- Must possess strong previous sales administration experience
- Competent IT skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
- Experience working individually as well as part of team
- Decisive and able to demonstrate solid problem solving and decision making
