Accounts Administrator

be experienced,an Sudbury-basedAccounts administrator required for our Sudbury based client reporting to the office manager/director. As account Administrator you will be experience in accounts with strong Sage knowledge as you will be using Sage on a daily basis for a multiple task. It is essential for this Accounts Administrator role that you have access to a vehicle due to the company’s location, can work with mínimal supervision and are able to work under pressure.
**The Role**
- Making supplier payments and booking them in Sage
- Booking payment receipts from customers and payments to third parties in Sage
- Raising invoices / Purchase orders / Sales orders / Packing list / Picking-list (Using SAGE platform)
- Generating stock report (Using SAGE platform) and re-ordering required stock
- Booking purchase & sales Invoices in Sage
- Handling customers for incoming sales inquiries
- Sending statements to customers of pending payments (Using SAGE platform)
- Follow-up of outstanding payments
- Quarterly VAT run & payments to HRMRC
- Reconciliation of bank statement with Sage
**The Person**
- Strong accounts experience ideally gained from an order processing role
- Experience of working with Sage or any CRM software will be preferred
- Must have license and access to a vehicle due to companies’ location
- Strong IT knowledge
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to tight deadlines
- Experience in working without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
