**Bookkeeper**
Full time: minimum of 25 hours per week split across Monday - Thursday, Daily hours negotiable (Lavenham operate a four-day week)
Job Description
- Responsible monthly payroll’s on BrightPay and all HR related duties
- Cover for weekly payroll
- Knowledge of Xero accounts package
- Purchase Ledger input / payments and reconciliations
- Sales Ledger invoicing / commissions/ posting receipts and reconciling
- Chasing debtors
- All Month End / Year End Duties
- Reconciling bank accounts, Petty cash and credit card statements
- Reporting absences and actual hours worked per week vs required hours and other reports as and when required
- Stock take and valuation
Key attributes
- We are looking for a bookkeeper to work alongside our current bookkeeper to cover all aspects of the job. Good knowledge of payroll, Xero and Microsoft Office, excellent attention to detail, good time management skills, accuracy, approachable and reliable.
£15.00 per hour, 5.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays.
