Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Greet and assist pupils and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and typing abilities
- Ability to perform data entry accurately
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to contribute to our team as a Receptionist.
Pay: £24,108.00-£25,000.00 per year
