In the role of Site Works Co-ordinator your duties will include:
* Tenant liaison duties
* Being 1st point of contact for tenants pre and during the works
* Weekly site inspection’s
* Welfare management including ordering, maintain and relocating.
* Post inspections
* Weekly H&S inspections
* Weekly scaffold checks
* Assist handover’s
* Requesting and managing remedial works
* Reviewing asbestos reports
* Attending site progress meetings
* Managing and planning welfare arrangements
* Carrying out site inductions
To be successful in the role of Site Works Co-ordinator you will need to have:
* Experience of working in the construction industry
* Experience in working within a social housing environment
* Experience of decarbonisation works
* Previous experience in site management / supervision
* IT
* A CSCS card
* SMSTS certificate
* Full UK licence
This is a full time temporary role for between 2 – 6 months, working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm on an hourly rate of £16.00. Starting at the beginning of July.
