**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
The **New Business Co-ordinator** will be joining us as a fundamental member of the **Property Sales - Probate** team with key activities as follows:
- Assist with the administration of probate cases, ensuring the accurate processing and maintenance of documentation
- Liaise with team members, clients and solicitors to gather essential information for your cases
- Maintain up-to-date case files in line with data protection and confidentiality standards
- Respond to enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
- Distribute correspondence to clients, conveying information about case progress and requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**
And now for the nitty gritty:
Although we are keen to hear from individuals with knowledge of property or prior work history within this sector, this post does not have any pre-requisite qualifications beyond a good standard of general education, prior administrative experience within an office setting, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
You will enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet, and a dynamic environment where you will be afforded every opportunity to shine
Whilst able to operate independently, you will also need to be a team player and willing to support your colleagues as needed to deliver results. As such your bonus will be influenced by the success of the team.
