Saint Ives, United Kingdom Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust Full time

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust and work within the Quality Team and the Pharmacy Team.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to deal with a high volume of work whilst maintaining standards and meeting deadlines and will proactively assist staff within the Teams to achieve their objectives.

The post holder will provide a general co-ordination and support role to colleagues and managers in the Quality and Pharmacy Teams.

The post holder will ensure that internal procedures are followed and deadlines are met so that the Teams continue to provide a quality focused and professional service to the Trust and its service users.

Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to manage own workload and learn new systems and procedures quickly are essential to the role

Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, we are proud to provide high quality innovative services across most of the east of England that enable people to receive care closer to home and live healthier lives.

There’s one reason why our services are outstanding - and that’s our amazing staff - who, for the seventh year running, rated us incredibly highly in the national staff survey.

Provide comprehensive, high quality administration support to Quality Team colleagues and managers by undertaking a wide range of quality-related projects/tasks and efficiently managing office systems and processes

Act as a point of contact for the Quality Team, dealing with and responding effectively to incoming information, calls and complex queries from Trust colleagues and other stakeholders, passing on information/messages to relevant team members in a professional and timely way and, where necessary, using own judgement on how to deal with enquiries and/or escalate them appropriately.

Maintain discretion and professionalism in the management of highly sensitive and emotive information relating to the work of the Quality Team which affects both staff and service users and ensure that all sensitive information is communicated to appropriate personnel only and made anonymous where necessary.

Provide routine and ad hoc support to members of the Quality and Pharmacy Teams. This will include the setting up and monitoring of one-off projects and those included in the Teams’ annual timetable of business; supporting team members with conferences, presentations and the organisation of events; supporting managers in the development of policies and standard operating procedures and maintain a process for the review of such documents.
