We’re seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a successful and lovely team.
Ideally you will have either Recruitment background (internal or agency), or be a very strong administrator.
**You will have**:
- Recruitment background internal or agency, or similar or
- Strong administrator willing to learn
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Trac knowledge desirable
- Ability to process a busy workload, and prioritise
- Knowledge of compliance and legislation, or similar
- Ability to resolve complex queries

Main
**Responsibilities**:
1. Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns to ensure all elements of the process are completed within the Trusts “time to hire” targets and where appropriate seeking advice and guidance from the Recruitment
2. Complete full recruitment cycle, including on-boarding, for the following services within geography of responsibility: 1. All Bank
2. All Internal and external recruitment
3. Monitor adverts due to close and extend where appropriate
3. Amend, update and finalise recruitment adverts for a range of recruitment media including NHS Jobs, Trac, Electronic Staff Records (ESR) and the Trust’s social media
4. To assist in organising and planning assessment centres ensuring co-ordination of schedules and producing interview packs for the interview panel. Arrange and administer written
5. Support the various stages of the recruitment process including: pre-employment checks
- e.g. verification of identity, right to work, employment history, references, professional registration, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and occupational health.
2. Responding to recruitment queries, some of which may be complex, and provide accurate, timely recruitment advice to both internal and external stakeholders. At all times ensure that communications are effective and efficient ensuring a positive recruitment experience for
3. Work on the redeployment process, ensuring all staff on the “at risk” register are updated on all vacancies. Participating in the matching process as appropriate, and liaising with staff Recruitment Lead and HR staff when managing suitable alternative employment opportunities for
1. Ensure all systems including spreadsheets and databases are maintained and accurate data available as Update systems and procedures as agreed with colleagues.
2. Ensure DBS checks are received and recorded effectively and efficiently onto ESR. Report any issues regarding DBS checks to the Recruitment
3. As appropriate, encourage new starters to join the DBS update
4. Support Managers to complete necessary risk assessments and inform the appropriate HR Advisor if a new starter is commencing employment prior to DBS clearance being
5. Participate in data cleansing on ESR and NHS jobs to maintain the integrity of data on our system
