An exciting opportunity has arisen within the JMC Aviation, the world’s leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business.

We are looking to recruit an **Onsite Coordinator, **based in** St Athan **(near Cardiff) to provide support for Contractors and GEWs as well as acting as the main point of contact for JMC Aviation in relation to recruitment for the site.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000

**The responsibilities **of the** Onsite Coordinator **willinvolve**:

- Conduct JMC contractor/GEW inductions
- Running through GEW Induction Checklist
- Organise contractor security and identification passes
- Manage the attendance of all JMC contractor/ GEW personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator
- Monitor GEW Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences on Breathe, this will including performing return to work forms.
- Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
- Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
- Help with contractor/ GEW queries that are raised
- Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
- Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor requirements
- Liaise with resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility
- Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
- Processing Timesheets ( Site specific )/ assisting with MTR
- Keeping GEW Weekly Registers/ Staff Lists
- Monthly checks of JMC GEW Tool Boxes and add the ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.
- Monitor the GEW’s uploading of Tasks on a daily/ weekly basis
- Conducting JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW’s ( monthly/ 3 monthly ) and uploading these to ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.
- Arranging Accommodation for GEW’s
- Meeting GEW’s when they arrive in Country/ take them to accommodation
- Assist GEW’s in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office
- Assist the Recruitment Team in recruitment on down time
- Learn and adhere to JMC UKVI processes/ GEW Manager Handbook
- Perform Right to Work Checks
- Conduct GEW Exit Interviews
- Other duties as directed by Line Manager

In order to be successful in this role, the **Onsite Coordinator** will need to demonstrate the following** skills and attributes**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Being able to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
- Attention to detail is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
- Experience working in an aviation environment (Desirable but not essential)
