We have an exciting opportunity for three full time booking co-ordinators within our new community ophthalmology service. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to make a difference to our community patients.
Based in Chalfont the position will provide high quality administrative support.
- Arrange clinics and appointments using our Careflow system, cancelling and changing appointments where necessary.
- Manage and log referrals for clinical triage.
- Process requests for clinic changes and cancellation requests when required.
- Work closely with and maintain excellent communication channels with the clinical team.
