Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client's expanding team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share on a national scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the contract cleaning industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

* Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous development.

* Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

* Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.

* Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in the contract cleaning or related industry.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

* Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

* Travel: Willingness to travel nationally as needed to meet with clients and manage regional teams.
