Client Relations/Business Development Manager Overview
Reliable Contractors have been providing contingency labour supporting tier one contractors on major infrastructure projects for over 40 years. As a family run business integrity has been incorporated into all our business relationships and has been the foundation on which all our decisions have been made.
Client relations manager will establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Create sales strategies to generate new revenue. Working with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Overview
In the client relations manager role, you will build and develop strong relationships with the company’s clients. You will be responsible for generating new sales strategies that benefit both the company and its customers. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to skilfully manage client expectations, delivering exemplary service, and generate new revenue.
Duties
* Develops and implements sales strategies.
* Ensures client satisfaction with company.
* Develop new business.
* Conducts research on the competition and be innovative.
* Sets revenue targets.
* Spearheads initiatives with the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell company services.
* Collaborates with internal teams to meet client needs
Job Requirements
* Construction and infrastructure experience essential.
* Team player
* High proficiency in MS Office
* Good working knowledge of CRM platforms
* Experience in tracking, measuring, and drawing insights from KPIs.
* Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding targets
* Background in business development/procurement.
Salary: £70,000 Negotiable and benefits package, plus uncapped bonus.
