Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Duties and tasks will include:

Process supplier payments through online banking system
Credit control
Produce sales and purchase ledger reports for MD to show what is due in out each month
Sales and purchase ledger month end and year end
Credit card statements through Pegasus/ opera
Nominal ledger month end and year end
ADI rebate credits
Ensure all accounts information is provided to the accountants at the end of each quarter
Check bank daily and update payments on to sales/ purchase/ nominal ledger
Sales/ purchase ledger queries
General administration
Assisting other departments in company as and when neededCandidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

Accounts experience
Administrative experience
Knowledge of Pegasus opera 3 software is preferred but not essentialParking is available
