Key Accountabilities

* Collaborate and contribute to the development of the sales strategy

* Research and identify new business opportunities - including, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

* Develop products & service knowledge to deliver an effective & positive customer impact

* Work in collaboration with the marketing function to develop and present promotional activities (e.g. Market communications, sale collateral, use of platforms like Linkedin)

* Manage internal stakeholder relationships in order to optimise new business capture and retention.

* Maintain and develop external networking activities including industry bodies

* Identify, monitor and act upon trends and changes in market with regards to legislation and regulation and their impact on prospective customers.

* Maintain and develop the sales pipeline in order to ensure there are always sufficient, qualified opportunities ‘in the pipe’ to deliver the revenue and profit targets required.

* Grow business volumes by building relationships with key customer targets

* Analyse key sales data to present an insight to forecasts and analysis.
