Working in a team of three, the Operations Assistant will be involved in all compliance initiatives across the firm from organising training, to amending policies and procedures to rolling out training. This is a key role and would be suited to someone who has previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Paraplanner or in Compliance who may now be looking to play a more central role to the day to day running of the company.

Day to day responsibilities of the Operations Assistant

Act as a point of contact for all compliance queries within the firm
Ensure the compliance manual is up to date and all updates from the FCA are rolled out across the business.
Work in a team to continually monitor, update and review processes and compliance across the firm.
Required skills and qualifications.

Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Compliance Administrator
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Detail focused with a strong work ethic
