**PURPOSE**:To assist the Operations team with the organisation and running of our Small Group Journey tours, working. To plan and operate the private extensions, book pre and post nights in addition to operating a selection of group tours all being delivered to the highest possible standard.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Assistance with Operations**:
- To source and book local suppliers and special experiences.
- To arrange any special requests the Travel Advisor may request.
- To maintain accurate Travel Studio (our reservations system) records.
- To provide accurate tour documentation for all suppliers
- To confirm all services during the tour when no local representative is included.
- To provide all necessary information for the emergency file.
**Financial**:
- To arrange any necessary payments promptly and accurately.
- To enter financial data onto reservations system in a timely and accurate manner
- To assist the Finance Department with invoice queries as they arise
**Quality Control / Customer Service**:
- To maintain professional relationships with all suppliers at all times.
- To have the highest standards of quality at the forefront of mind.
**Other**
- General office duties
- To conduct special projects as requested by your manager
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
- Up-to-date knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Accurate and numerate - Able to work semi-independently
- A positive outlook, even when working under pressure.

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
