Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic company in their search for an Operations Assistant to join their fun, dynamic and hardworking team.

You will be an energetic team-player and demonstrate good time management and show a willingness to learn.

You Will Be:

  • Responsible for stock control and distribution of engineer's equipment and uniform
  • Liaise with companies to order and supply engineer equipment
  • Assist Operations Manager and Technical Manager with operational duties
  • Ensuring, through accurate record keeping, Engineer Health and Safety qualifications are up to date
  • Keeping Engineers equipment legal and calibrated
  • Arranging Fleet service/MOT bookings and hire vehicles
  • Assist Technical Manager with planning of engineer Audits
  • Assign Franchisee work to Franchise engineers
  • General office and administration support
  • Attending operations meeting and training courses as necessary
  • Liaising within operations and with sales departments to maintain clear communication.

You Will Have:

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and computer literate
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Be a strong teamplayer
  • Reporting to Operations Manager either formally or informally on daily/weekly basis
  • Ensuring management are in possession of all relevant statistics and information to maximise and coordinate the company's operational efforts
  • Able to effectively use work time and be proactive
  • Proactivity to keep up to date on the company services at all times
  • A smart and presentable appearance and be able to represent the best interests of the company at all times
With hours 8am-5pm with an hour for lunch, working days Monday - Friday.

Job Types:

£20,500.00 per year
