We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with confidence in cold calling/lead generation, to join a successful and established team in Houghton-le-Spring. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn, with uncapped commission and other regular incentives. 

You will make outbound calls driving sales and revenue growth for a Market Leading FCA regulated business. In return, you will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of £80,000+. The successful candidate will also receive ongoing training, admin support, and access to leads/data. 

As Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Developing sales opportunities from new leads and existing clients
Cold calling potential clients to generate new quotes
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Achieving targets and goals set by the company
Using an inhouse database to record all activity
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide a quote
Making 40-50 outbound calls a day
We’re looking for a Telesales Executive with the following: 

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets (cold calling and account management)
Strong communication skills to engage potential customers effectively.
Ambition, resilience and drive
You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00
