My client one of the UK's largest and prestigious housing associations maintenance divison is looking to recruit an experienced, professional and skilled Caretaker to join their growing and ambitious team.

Work will include reacitve repairs and maintenance duties ie. touch ups, lightbulbs, grounds maintenance and more.

Their team is friendly, focused and passionate about getting the work completed right the first time

Pay rate: £13.05 per hour

Hours: 8.00am - 16.30pm - 40 hours per week

Dates: ASAP start - 24th June

Requirements: Previous experience in caretaking / handyman work is essential.

Location: Dundee
