My client requires an experienced and professional handyman/caretaker to work in their student accomodation premises based in Dundee.

Job role: Maintenance Caretaker:

  • Reacting to maintenance duties across the site, undertaking repairs and reporting issues which require specialist attention.
  • Removals and cleaning
  • Testing fire alarms
  • Undertaking building checks and audits to maintain a safe and secure environment in line with health and safety requirements.
  • Carrying out routine works and providing accurate and timely information on progress.
  • Maintaining an adequate supply of stock and replenishing as appropriate.
  • Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and cleanliness is maintained.

Location: Heathfields Dundee

Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week paid weekly

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: 13.05 per hour
