About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Caretaker to join our team at Sanctuary Students. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and secure environment of our student accommodation sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake routine maintenance and repairs to maintain the high standard of our accommodation sites
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues or hazards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain a clean and well-maintained environment
Requirements
  • Experience in a maintenance or caretaking role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Practical skills in identifying and carrying out basic repairs
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
