Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist patients throughout their treatment process, offering expert advice and ensuring their comfort and confidence.
Handle high volumes of incoming enquiries, providing timely, professional, and courteous responses with accurate information about services, prices, and procedures.
Ensure seamless communication between administrative and clinical teams, contribute innovative ideas for service improvement, and participate in regular team meetings.
Develop outstanding rapport with patients, aiding decision-making and providing necessary support while maintaining a professional and caring attitude.
Maintain a warm and empathetic approach, ensuring each patient feels heard, valued, and supported.
Manage patient enquiries with professionalism and efficiency across various channels, including phone and email.
Utilise our state-of-the-art patient record system to oversee and support patients through every stage of their treatment, ensuring prompt and accurate task completion.
Collect and verify patient information, manage data in accordance with GDPR, and maintain confidentiality.
Salary: £25,000
Location: Cheadle (Office-Based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
