As the People Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Assessing current and future staffing needs within the support functions.
Organising onboarding and relevant training for new and existing team members.
Undertake regular 1-2-1's to ensure continual communication and strong rapport building.
Draft, review, and agree all personal development plans.
Discuss and review personal objectives and KPI's.
Assist the Learning & Development Manager in the compilation of training needs following appraisal meetings.Benefits:
