Position Overview:

At McLaren, we are dedicated to establishing excellence in the realm of high-performance sports. We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to aid our team in this endeavor. In this role, you will be tasked with executing a forward-thinking people strategy, assisting in strategic business planning, and delivering HR solutions that foster an exceptional employee experience. You will work closely with the People & Culture team, offering operational HR support, managing stakeholder relationships, and playing a key role in shaping the People and Culture strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Addressing employee relations issues and overseeing case management.
  • Providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implementing organizational design initiatives.
  • Overseeing talent management and succession planning.
  • Facilitating early career development programs.
  • Identifying and addressing learning and development requirements.
  • Engaging in reviews of employee feedback surveys.
  • Administering reward and recognition processes.
  • Conducting exit interviews and interpreting findings.
  • Managing policies related to parental leave.
  • Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and generating reports.
  • Collaboratively enhancing people policies.
  • Contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an HR advisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and navigate change effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CIPD Level 5 certification or equivalent experience.
