As a People & Culture Intern, you will embark on a transformative journey within our dynamic team. This one-year programme will expose you to a wide range of People-related activities, including employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to initial screenings.
  • Contribute to the development of talent marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Work with HRIS tools to manage employee data and analyze People metrics.
  • Assist in administering employee benefit programs and compensation processes.
