Within this Internal Sales role, you will be pivotal in boosting sales through targeted outbound communication. The ideal candidate will have a creative background and a passion for engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound telephone calls, send emails, and arrange video calls to promote our products and services.
Proactively follow up and nurture inquiries generated through the website and other lead generation channels
Focus on business growth from existing clients and generate new business by nurturing existing database contacts and reaching out to new specifiers and end users.
Follow up on quotation requests, liaising with internal and external colleagues and other departments to convert inquiries into sales.
Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in line with the sales and marketing plan.
Update and maintain CRM records detailing all activity and relevant follow-up actions.

Ideal Candidate Qualities

Creative experience (ideally a degree or equivalent in a creative field such as graphic design).
Enthusiastic and proactive about finding new clients and business opportunities.
Professional customer service approach with an excellent telephone manner.
Proven track record of bringing projects to a satisfactory and timely conclusion.
Experience in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office.
Strong team player with good organisational and methodical skills
