The Role
Operations are at the core of the school, and we require a dynamic Operations Manager to thrive in this role.
The following knowledge and attributes are required:
* The ability to build rapport with colleagues and young people
* An in-depth knowledge of operations and site management, including relevant health and safety legislation
* Some experience of line management
* Ability to engage with stakeholders and external colleagues to secure opportunities for young people
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* A grasp of procurement processes
