As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's warehouse and inventory management processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Performing administrative duties related to specific customers, such as sales order creation, invoicing, and goods received.
Processing and administering imports and exports to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Identifying areas of improvement and adjusting work procedures and practises accordingly.
Advising customers on stock availability and estimated time of arrival, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate inventory transactions and ensuring the accuracy of shipments.
Organising and maintaining inventory and storage areas.
Interacting with internal stakeholders and acting as a liaison between manufacturers and colleagues.To excel in this role, you will need to have:
Knowledge of warehouse software packages, particularly Sage 200, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Proven work experience with Stock Levels.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
