About the Role

This position is a key member of the Instrument and Enterprise Services team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze inventory usage rates and needs to determine optimal stock distribution strategies.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Planning teams to identify and resolve inventory issues.
  • Develop and analyze large-scale inventory reports to inform business decisions.
  • Implement process improvements and automate tasks using existing tools.
  • Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders through various reports, including open-order, stock-out, quantity variance, and expired.
  • Establish and maintain well-defined procedures, including Best Practices, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Promote personal growth and development by staying up-to-date with new policies and improvements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic supply chain environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with warehouse teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems and generate reports in Excel and PowerBI.
