We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our clients busy team based in Lichfield on a permanent basis.

Our client is a well established business, providing high quality services to their customers.

The role will involve:

* Managing and maintaining financial records

* Performing credit control processes

* Preparing financial statements

* Analysing financial data.

* Ensure accurate and timely payment collection

* Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

* Proven experience as a Credit Controller / Finance Administrator

* Strong knowledge of financial principles and processes

* Proficiency in using Sage 50 accounting software

* Excellent Excel skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively

* Professional qualification in finance, AAT 2/3 Qualification (preferred), or credit control (preferred)

Working hours:

* Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
