Key Responsibilities of a Payroll Team Leader:
Ensuring the day-to-day processes are completed accurately and on time.
Complete monthly payroll checking and reconciliation.
Responding to escalated queries.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the payroll function through building relationships with key stakeholders.
Lead on TUPE process in conjunction with the Payroll Manager.
Leading the development of the Payroll Officers through their career pathway.Payroll Team Leader Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience as a Payroll Team Leader,
A good foundation in payroll knowledge.
Confident using excel, including using Vlookups and data manipulation
CIPP qualification is desirable.
