Payroll Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the day-to-day processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Complete monthly payroll checking and reconciliation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the payroll function through building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead on TUPE process in conjunction with the Payroll Manager.
- Lead the development of the Payroll Officers through their career pathway.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Payroll Team Leader.
- A good foundation in payroll knowledge.
- Confident using Excel, including using Vlookups and data manipulation.
