As a Clinical Team Leader at Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care in the Urgent Treatment Centre. Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing patient care and promoting effective multidisciplinary care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve access and reduce inequalities
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of professional care
- Collaborate with colleagues in primary, secondary, and social care to promote effective communication and working relationships
- Participate in research and audit to promote change to practice and improve patient outcomes
- Advanced nursing qualification and experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
