As a First Line Application Support Technician working in a dynamic environment you will be the point of contact for key clients, providing fast and useful technical assistance by understanding the problem and explaining a solution. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and are continually seeking to learn and develop their skills and fast track their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
* Provide fast and useful technical assistance including application support
* Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
* Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Candidate Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Tech Savvy and knowledge of office automation products, databases and applications
* Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
