Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience

Are you looking to progress in your Nursing career by developing your clinical leadership skills rather than leaving the ward and going into management?

Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurses (RMN or RNLD) on a relevant part of the NMC register, with specialist training in a relevant clinical skill such as DBT/CBT

At least 3 years' experience working within multidisciplinary teams within relevant clinical settings

A clinical leader who is confident working across organisational boundaries, and is experienced in leading  on service development projects

An exceptional communicator who tailors your approach according to individual strengths and needs, and is adept at working with colleagues across different disciplines, and seniority and skill levels

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK?
