Job Title: Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in our mental health hospital.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Our mental health hospital has different wards, including CAMHS, acute mental health, and adult eating disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure patients receive high-quality care while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
  • Manage a nursing team while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK.
  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • Have a valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals.
Requirements

A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD), strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach are essential for this role. A positive attitude, natural caring and compassionate nature, and a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice are also required.
