As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical and care needs of patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with national guidance and best practices, providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
- Focus on proactive clinical risk assessments, nursing assessments, and quality improvement measures to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) and a valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK and a minimum of 3 years of mental health experience as a nurse in the UK.
- Strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
- A positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate, with a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.
- An annual salary of up to £56,329 per annum.
