Job Role - Lead HR & Resourcing Administrator
Our Birmingham based healthcare provider are seeking an experienced individual to join their team as Lead HR & Resourcing Administrator, on a full-time basis offering up to £30000 per annum.
What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will be providing support to the Senior Management team, the HR, and the finance team and ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented and carried out. You will be dealing with HR duties and finance processes too.
What skills will you have?
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role where you would have coordinated HR duties, lead teams, built strong relationships, displayed strong organisational skills, dealt with tasks such as Payroll processing etc. an individual working towards CIPD would be advantageous. Due to the setting employment is subject to a clean DBS check.
What is on offer?
There is a salary on offer of £30000 per annum among other benefits. You will be working within a well-known, rewarding setting on a full tine permanent basis, 37.5 hours per week
